Founder’s Story
Rooney Akpesiri discovered youth innovation long before he had a name for it.
As an Environmental Biology student, he noticed a gap: young people had skills, passion and potential — but no pathway to use them to solve real problems.
He built his first youth-led organisation with zero funding, attracting dozens of passionate students and launching projects inside local schools, communities and learning centres. That experience revealed something profound:
