HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
A Structured 6-Phase Pathway
Youth Recruitment
Young people apply through the learning portal and complete the Introduction + Chapters 1–3 of the Community Builders Manual.
Application Review
Your review team scores submissions and selects 30–50 youth with ready-to-build ideas.
Training Phase (6 Weeks)
Delivered by local trainers across business planning, team building, launching, registration, fundraising, scaling.
Mentorship & Execution Phase (6 Weeks)
Each participant is paired with a trained volunteer mentor.
Project Launch Event
Participants present to partners, funders and community leaders.
Ongoing Support & Partnership Development
Your organisation continues to help participants secure funding and grow.

A Program Built From Real Experience
This system was created by Rooney Akpesiri, a youth development strategist who built his first community organisation as a university student, starting with no money, just a team of peers and a vision to improve his local community.
That small movement eventually grew into a global platform that helped young people discover purpose, launch initiatives, and shape their futures.
He now helps councils, nonprofits and companies create the same transformation for their youth.
